Terms & Order Information 
To place an order please complete the item choices (where needed) and add the items to your basket and use the PayPal Checkout facility. You can pay for your order by Credit or Debit card or PayPal balance alternatively we will accept cheques or postal orders.
Once you have selected all the products you require click on the paypal checkout button. If you have a paypal account then you can log in when the log in screen appears.
If you do not have a paypal account then you will need to click the 'continue checkout' link on the left of the page where you will be taken to a page for you to enter your card details.
To pay by cheque or postal order please place all items in the shopping cart as normal and when you have finished print the shopping basket out and post it along with your payment (made payable to Craft Fairies) and contact details to our address (found further down the page under the contact heading). Alternatively you can order via email.
You are welcome to call us to discuss an order but please be aware at the moment we can not take your payment over the phone.
All orders will be dispatched once payment has cleared.


Please be aware that payment details are never passed on to us. Only your actual payment is passed to us once it has cleared via PayPal.
We are not responsible for customer or PayPal payment errors or problems you may have with their service. Any problems of this nature need to be address by PayPal themselves.
All stated delivery dates are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages or other expenses incurred by the customer directly or indirectly due to any failure to meet any delivery date
Craft Fairies will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or injuries incurred by you or any third party directly or indirectly due to any of the products supplied by us
None of our products are recommended for small children due to choking and suffocation hazards. Our products should not be treated as toys and should not be given to unsupervised children. the use of our products and the health and safety surrounding them is the responsibility of the customer.


Postage
Postage is £2.00 for UK customers and free on orders over £50.00. 
At Craft Fairies we are committed to conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner and where possible we aim to use recycled packaging to send you your order - if you are not happy for us to use recycled packaging please include a note with your order.
Please note: these charges do not apply to Wedding stationary orders, bespoke items wholesale die cut / album orders. You will be advised of these costs once we have discussed your order.

Items will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 Working Days - orders are normally dispatched next day unless we have a high volume of orders but please be mindful of this if ordering for a gift or urgent project. Dispatch time is dependent on the size of your order and any special requests / custom items you may have ordered.  

Craft Fairies will not be help responsible for any items lost or damaged in the postal system - we obtain proof of postage and are happy to provide you with this to allow you to claim from Royal Mail.

International Ordering
International orders are subject to a handling charge on top of our flat rate postage cost, the charge is £3.00 for Europe and £4.50 for the rest of the world


Refunds, Returns and Back Orders
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and offered either a refund or to have the item delivered when it becomes available at no extra cost where the option is available.
Items that have been discontinued or that are no longer available will be refunded unless a substitute is requested.
If, after you have received your goods you are not completely satisfied, please email us so we can discuss the problem and arrange for the parcel to be sent back to us (within 7 days of receipt) in original condition or packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to us. The customer is required to pay for returns and it is advised that items are returned using recorded delivery as we will not refund or exchange items that go missing in the post.
Refunds are not available on wedding stationery and bespoke items due to the nature of the products.

Custom Orders
As outlined on many of the items we have for sale we are happy to discuss any custom requirements you may have, if it be a custom card, a selection of die cuts or a wedding stationary order, please contact us so that we can discuss your order in detail and make sure we understand your expectations.
We can add wording to the inside of cards for you and also add inserts to cards that do not come with them as standard.
Custom orders may be subject to extra charges depending on your requirement.
Depending on the complexity and size of your order it may take longer than our 7-day dispatch target and notice should be provided to enable us to complete larger orders.
For large orders such as weddings stationary it is suggested that you book a diary slot with us to avoid disappointment, please be aware our diary fills up quickly but we will on occasion take a provisional booking.
